When I was still able to have dairy, I got tired of plain old milk. My friend gave me this idea, and I loved it! I drank it instead of normal milk. When I found out I was allergic to it, I just substituted coconut milk instead. I made this recipe for The Goudas, (Caleb and JJ) and now they’re asking me for it all the time. I told them it was magic milk, because when you pour the vanilla, the milk dances. I for once, think it’s magic because if you’re brothers are annoying, all you have to do is give them this milk, and they give you compliments like, “you’re the best sister ever” or, “I love you, Emily.” Here is a story about that:
(The Goudas are singing like minions). “Ba do bleep, banana! Ba do bleep, banana! Banana, potato, banana, potato…”
“Stop, stop!” I shout.
“Banana, potato, banana, potato!”
What in the world do I do? Should I leave? Should I tell them to stop again? Finally, I get an idea. I prepare “you know what” in the kitchen.
“Who wants magic milk and a banana?”
(One moment of weird silence).
“Banana and magic milk!! Wow, this is good, Emily!” True story.
See? This really is helpful! 😉 What you need for one serving:
- Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 drops of vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Honey (optional…they like it without the honey, too)
- A mug
Pour the milk into your cup. VERY slowly, pour the vanilla into the cup. Watch the milk dance! Add the honey, mix, and enjoy!
