Easy Breakfast and Lunch Ideas from Modern Day Teenager
Hi. This is Emily. I’m so sorry we haven’t been posting lately. Middle school has been hard. Well here is a post from my other blog I wanted to share with you. It gives you some easy breakfast and lunch ideas.
Every day I used to wake up extremely early so I would have time to pack my lunch and not come late to school. Then I realized I could just make them the night before. (Yeah, I know, I should’ve thought of that sooner)… Anyways I have been waking up much later and have been taking morning showers. Which are like my favorite things in the world now. If you can tackle lunch and have a breakfast ready, mornings are easy! These breakfast and lunch ideas are also really good, so that’s always better than cereal in the morning.
Breakfasts:
Quick and easy smoothie:
Smoothies are easy when you have all the ingredients in a bag, right? So, why don’t you put all the ingredients in a plastic baggie before you go to bed? When you wake up, all you have to do is put it in a blender. Here are some links to some really good recipes!
Or you can just make it the night before and put it in the fridge.
Egg Wraps:
These are so good! They take about 10 minutes to make so this is for those days where you have a lot of time. Click here for recipe.
Muffins: (Make night before)
Muffins are perfect because they will last you all week if your brothers and/or sisters don’t steal any! if you were to make them on Sundays you could eat muffins every day. Here is a recipe for blueberry muffins.

Lunches:
Who doesn’t want a salad in their lunch? You can put it in a tupperware container with dressing. Here is a really good one.
Getting sick of the same old peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Here is a recipe for a sub sandwich that is healthy, yummy, and fast!
