Green smoothies are refreshing, healthy, and they taste really good! Green vegetables help your body to live. They’re also beautiful! Don’t you love the color of my smoothie? I served mine in a bowl, because it’s fun to pretend that I’m eating ice cream.
I made this smoothie yesterday for breakfast. It’s helped me have energy to do my schoolwork. When you’re getting really tired try making this smoothie!
- 1 Small Handful of Spinach
- 1 Tbsp of sunbutter
- 1/2 Cup Orange juice
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Ice
Combine all of the ingredients in your blender, and run it on high until smooth. Enjoy!
Note: Make sure to ask for permission from an adult to use the blender.
